Before ending up at Public Storage I went to two other storage places. The first one while friendly enough just gave me the keys, two different numbered storages and showed me to the elevator. The second place didn't even acknowledge me as I walked to the counter even though busy with two others. After one of the customers left still did not acknowledge me. Then I came to your public storage facility. I did have to wait maybe 10-minutes in my car as there was a sign stating that they would be back in 10-minutes. They were back on time and when I went in was immediately acknowledged. In about 5-minutes another employee was at the counter asking how they could help. I explained what I was looking for and in about 5 minutes or so I was being escorted to see different sizes of storage areas that I thought I would like. As we were walking the employee was explaining everything that I might not need to know about storing my belongings with your company. I was impressed by the service and though a little more dollar wise it was the service that made me decide to rent with your company. Thank you for the excellent service I hope it is the same at all of your facilities.

When you have no where to go and you feel your world has been turned upside down its nice to know there are people who care and want to help you. The people at Public Storage made me feel like things were going to be ok and assured me that all my stuff would be safe and they actually take the time to explain everything to you and actually walk you around and assure your safety as well as for my belonging. No one knows when one day you will be in a situation such as my own but I'm glad Public Storage was there to help.

The facility is spotless, my unit was clean and ample for what I had to put in it; was a totally painless check in procedure and I was on my way.
