customer service was not that great. You had to call the lady at the office to help you and when she promised to send you the code to open the gate, she never did. I had to go in person to get this information.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m beyond satisfied, with the customer service. The young lady that handled my reservations, was one of a kind. She went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had with my prior storage space in Dallas Tx. I never met her in person unfortunately. She made my moving so organized,smoothly, and super easy. God bless her always. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m tremendously grateful to her.

If not for the efficiency of this place our stuff would probably slowly be growing mold right now. Thank God they made it easy and quick and cheap compared to the literal textbook examples of price gouging in Doral. 10/10 would recommend.
