I was renting here for 3 years. Everyone I interacted with in the office has been very helpful. Lourdes has been exceptionally. I recently moved out and forgot my key. We rented a unit in the first floor... Easy in and out. My only complaint is the parking lot. It isn't user friendly if there are multiple cars. If there are trucks... Forget about any convenient space.

For the most part my experience met my needs. The one problem was that the code did not work and I had to wait for the manager to let me in. I was in a big rush that day, so it was problematic for me.

I could not have had an easier process of acquiring my unit. I made a reservation, the agent welcomed me, showed me the unit, and processed the paperwork quickly. All that took less than 20 minutes. I recommend this company for any storage issues you need.
