I have been doing storage unit auctions for around a year now.Although this was a terrible unit and a total loss of investment,one thing that helped me cope with the loss was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.very knowledgeable,didn't take my money until the very last thing and even had enough discernment to put a conference call meeting from speaker to just the phone out of respect for his higher ups.well done gentleman.you give the location a great name.thanks again!!!!

Some issues with the price : Original reservation # 573740293 was made on July 15, 2018, by the internet and the price was a monthly rate of US$ 64.00 ( 5'x10' unit) plus $1 first month rent and one-time admin $ 24, with the move in date of Sunday 07/22/2018. I have problems to move on that date to the storage and I was called for rescheduling for next Sunday 07/29/18. But the reservation was rescheduled for your office by mistake for "Monday" 07/30/18. When I went to the office Storage they told me I need to "cancel" this reservation and open a new one, but with another price. I have now the print of the original reservation with the original price of $64.00, so please review your files. Also, please, let the customer know that he could bring his own padlock or must to buy one on the storage. Thank You.

Live in Marathon and had to evacuate. When I was permitted back to see my apartment, I was devastated! Had to stay up in Florida City as there were no vacancies closer to my home. I was lucky enough to find Reina Hernandez in the Public Storage facility in Miami. She saw how distressed I was and almost instantly put my mind to ease. Her professionalism and encouraging words helped me get through this challenging time. I would recommend this facility to everyone and thank God Reina Hernandez was there to walk me through this part of the journey to recovery and normalcy.

I rented a storage space from Reyna. She was very professional and facilitated the process incredibly well. The first month was just $1 as advertised. I highly recommend this storage facility to anybody who is looking for a place to store their property. .

Regina is a gem. The facility is clean and well managed. I would definitely recommend this place to friends. Prices comparable to or better than others in the area. They require that you purchase insurance which some places don't but it's reasonable.

The place is so clean and well taken care of. The employees are courteous and extremely helpful. I rented a small unit first and was assisted by Tahimi. I realized I also needed a larger unit and was helped by Reina. She found I left my key in my lock the day I rented it and called me right away. This tells me she cares about her job and is caring enough to go the extra step. I couldn't be happier with the choice I made. I am assured that security is a concern with Public Storage and they hire extremely qualified employees.

I was extremely satisfied up until a couple of weeks ago when I received a letter notifying me that my payment would be going up an additional $12 dollars. There was no real explanation except that my new payment would begin the following month. I have paid on time for the last six months so I don't understand why they would change the charges so out of the blue with no proper explanation. I honestly cant wait to move so I can get my stuff out and not have to worry about payments going up again!
