Did as promised - awaiting refund for more expensive unit from Public Storage

Dorothy was amazing and so helpful. Got me signed up and i to a unit super fast... she's great!

The only reason I didnt put 5 stars is that theres a pillar in my storage unit which takes up some space. The customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! & feeling comfortable enough to ask the customer service personnel for any kind of assistance is a great tribute to the people working there. I am very happy w my decision to rent storage space w the Public Storage in downtown Miami.

great service, great facility. Didn't know about insurance cost, think it would behoove company to mention that, so that customer can truly be aware of the real cost.

Constantly changing unit price

Super very limit access time until 6pm!!!, i work 15miles away just exactly when i get out of the office at 5pm with traffic i will make 50minutes i can't reach the place because they need everyone out at 6pm.

I was treated very nicely by Dorothy and Joseph when I rented a space.

My rating is not based on the level of service I was given, because the agent was exceptional. He explained everything to me in details and walked me through the entire process. However, when I started the processing of paying, I was charged an entire extra month for a mere 2 days, even though I had booked these dates online and was told specifically by the manger that this was perfectly fine to do and would not be charged. I rented the unit from June 1st through July 2nd. Unfortunately, my condo does not allow weekend moves and therefore I had to book the rental until Monday, July 2nd. Because I was also charged and entire month's rental for two days, I also had to pay the additional insurance for that month's rental. Essentially, a $40 unit turned into $136. I went ahead and paid for it because I had already moved out of my old condo and therefore did not have any other options. This location is blessed with the DOROTHY the general manager. She's simply a blessing . Makes everything easier, very reliable and on point also good energy while you're there . The units r nice although pricy but convenient location ..

Will recommend them to anyone that is looking for storage. Every time I had to go there they was always polite and friendly. You guys rock!!!

Josie was amazing she was very friendly and really made sure we had the best experience ever. She really made us feel that our satisfactory was her main priority.

Dorothy, who works at the front desk, is super helpful, friendly and accommodating. The storage unit is very affordable, easily accessible and in a good location (I live on Miami Beach). This was the second time I've used this location, and I have been very happy both times. I highly recommend this location.

I rented a storage for a 8 days because we went to a cruise and we didn´t have where to leave our bags. When I get them back were exactly as I leave them, and the things are perfect because also the installations are climatize. I recommend Public Storage to everyone!!

I had a great experience. Unit was always available, clean and easily accessible. Employees were always respectful and courteous.
