Very unsafe area and never people at the office to even paid on time the space!!

I was misled by the management at 5th Ave NE, Miami Said I was to pay bill every 4th of month, after renting unit in. 4December 2018. And that I had until the 15th , before I was to be charged late fee. (Of course this is all verbally stated) Then as I upgraded to 10 ×5 unit, on first few days of January 2019, manager informed me I was topay for entire month of January 2019, and also was late on previous rental on the 5th of the month. I would rather the management tell me to search online agreement, then verbally quoting from one manager to the next. Thank you.

Good price, nice facility. I didn't expect any additional payments in the form of taxes, as I was told the price will include any taxes and surcharges. But still 5*

Moving is never fun but the 2 young ladies at this location went above and beyond to make the transition as easy as possible.

The staff here is very friendly. They cut my lock for me because my son lost the keys looking for the golf clubs. They made it very easy and I would recommend this place to anybody who likes nice people in a safe place to store. Beautiful

Deondra was GREAT... She greeted me with a big smile soon as I walked into the store. She made me feel so welcomed. She's a sweet young lady and she makes sure you have the perfect space for your belongings. She's AWESOME.. So make sure when you go to public storage you ask for Deondra... TRUST you won't be sorry
