Public Storage - Miami - 300 NW 36th St

Everything was easy. Only negative thing is PS Storage constantly increasing rates every few months and you can’t pay a year out to lock in a decent rate. Essentially 30 day contracts.

Was great the staff was very helpful and the moving transition was a breeze .

We selected this location since it was near our office. We had no problems and upon arrival, the office manager was very pleasant and helpful in providing us with the gate code.

Later hours in the evening to access storage units would be really nice, but this is a great short term solution for us. I feel comfortable and confident that my stuff will be safe there.

I think the guys name that helped me wear Rody. He was so helpful during the process. He made sure to register me very quick and was very thorough explaining the process of using the the key pads.

The property managers are always there and willing to help. I had a troubling situation and with my unit Osiris was able to help me me out. I'vebeen at this locatuon for about 3 years and it's always clean and the staff is respectful and willing to help.out any way they can..

My overall experience was very efficient and simple. The staff was very Professional/Courteous/Timely/Knowledgeable/Efficient; in helping me select the best unit for my items. I specifically like the Security features that a standard Pod or other type storage unit doesn't offer as well as, location access. I'd recommend the specific Public Storage location to anyone seeking a secure/clean/accessible storage facility for ALL types of storage needs and, the overall price/unit size selection helped in deciding various storage options as; other Public/Private Storage facilities charge far more fees/pricing for the same type of storage needs a customer may need.

I've only been using your facility for less than a week. So far the experience has been very positive.

The hidden fees and prices are misleading - essentially got told online I would pay $1 for the first month and then after signing up, I get a $24 administration fee, and then after showing up in person, I am told about insurance lock cost, etc. and ended up paying about $60 for move-in.

The assistant who helped me was fantastic!

My experience with PS was successful they are available, happy to help and the storage is safe.

I would like to thank the property manager Osiris, She was very fast and helpful on a very stressful moving day. Was able to purchase last minute moving supplies at discounted price, received the unit on the first floor as requested. Will definitely refer to family and friends.

great place overall professional staff, place super clean feels safe I do not give a 5 stars rating because the opening hours are a bit limited. (at my previous storage, the access to my unit was 5am to 9pm)

When I rent my unit, there was some items inside and it wasn't remove. I had to remove those items from inside the unit. Days passed on and it's still next to unit those items and yet nobody has cleaned it up.

i think the place is great for the most part. it does get a bit busy there. And feel with the amount of staff, they need to help direct traffic and how and where people should park certain vehicles especially since the parking lot is very small. Also not allow the holding of elevators as it ties up all of them.

I am absolutely floored by the kindness and professionalism of the staff here, especially the store manager, Nick. He has been bending over backwards for us to make sure that we have an easy move-in. The moving company that we hired was trying to charge us an extra $300 to carry our furniture to our unit, which was towards the back. Nick heard this and did whatever he had to do to so that we wouldn't get charged the extra fee. He treated our problems as if they were his own. The support of Nick and his staff completely made our move easy, I'm happy knowing that my valuables are stored at this brand new location with such a caring staff. 5 stars and then some.
