Signing up early and having access code day of use was wonderful to not have to stop at office and then go to unit. Having everything at unit with lock and key was great. Everything was made quite easy and organized for us.

The parking was a bit of a problem because theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re letting big trucks park and you canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get past them. I think that needs to be addressed and limit the size of the truck they can park in the parking spots. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m also disappointed. There are no hand trucks available to customers.

Great experience. Fast and easy! Everything is automated and no human interaction was necessary. They provided both text and emails with access information. Everything was as mentioned on the website and emails. Access was very easy with several options to get into the location.

Incompetent employee made me waste time, energy and stress by assigning me a used storage! And I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t find out until I was if FRONT of the storage with all my heavy itemsﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ and I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even complain because there wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t a single employee to be found and their phone or chat was deemed worthless! Pitiful, shameful and horrible service. Never going back again.

I had some trouble gaining access. I was able to move in and the unit was a nice size. The climate controlled 1st floor is very cold which is nice. Vince at the front desk is the best! Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Super easy and secure. I was surprised to see how early it was to get in with the access codes. Unit was defiantly filled with cobwebs and spiders. Even the lock in the envelope was.

Every time you need to use elevator or even open the facility door from outside you have to entered this long digit code that makes moving/storage usage co inconvenient, time consuming and complicated. Every single body is complaining about this issue but management doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t bother to respond or make it more easier for customers. The sad part is the after 9 pm customer service. I went there 4min before 9 and was not able to get an access. The most horrible part is that a lots of people been locked out of facility thinking that once they there it will give them the access, but no I have seen people downstairs crying that they have left car keys upstairs while moving or binging last items and open units while still in move. Anyway, this issue is really upsetting inhumane and very much abusive ! I really hope that one day management will consider to have a least one person on duty. This place is making so much cash that you canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even imagine - therefore they should be more Careful with their customers. That is crazy

I love the accessibility of the location. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not in the middle of a busy intersection, which makes accessing via moving truck a lot easier. I like that I can view my account through the app and even use it to open the gate and doors.

The front desk staff, Tesy, was helpful. It would be nice if the elevator doors wouldn't close so quickly. It makes it very difficult to get in with a heavy cart before the door closes. Also, there needs to be more than four carts. And, a bin cart would be great, not everything stays on a flat cart when the items aren't boxed.
