Public Storage - Miami - 5609 NE 2nd Ave

I arrived at the storage space and from the moment I arrived till the time that I left, nothing could have been more simple. Even renting the storage unit was easy. I was able to do it online which made it even that much more convenient

LOVE IT CAME IN MY UNIT IS EXACTLY THE SIZE I NEEDED.

This facility is safe and clean but they definitely need more carts. I was told by a worker that there are only 2 carts and they both were in use. Carts are definitely needed when your storage unit is located on the 4th floor

I was referred here by a friend! And I must say the young ladies here are awesome especially Latoya she has a very pleasant spirit I'll definitely keep my business at this location

I liked that the location was convenient. The application process was easy. I didn't like the fact that I was forced to buy my own lock and the front security gate was not working, but that is fixable.

The ladies was very helpful and sweet.

This property is i a excellent location for me. Easy to access. Seems quite secure. The prices are great and the customer service is outstanding. I am pleased with this storage facility.

The Public Storage team went out of its way to ensure I got the right unit and the best price, including reaching out to other Public Storage properties in the vicinity for a better fit. We really appreciated the Public Storage team working to find us a better storage option for our needs at a lower price.
