No one here it was a bit confusing and stressful they should have someone at least call you with instructions. Also I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t lie u canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t access your things after 9?

I love the ease of the online rental and when I went to put things in storage, I had since difficulty with getting code to work for elevator. I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t find anyone in the front so I did the chat and someone came to help me. She was so kind and patient with me. The place is very clean. I love that you use technology to get in and I feel very safe there. Amazing experience!

It gets crowded in the entrance & office lacks personal. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s always closed

Excellent experience! Getting in and out for signing was very easy. Everything was electronic via the web and signed electronically at the site. Security is robust and the building is clean and well maintained.

So far so good! Very nice staff, clean storage place and very helpful with what I needed.

My first day using the storage I received a card saying that gates would close at 9:00 pm. I arrived at 8:45 pm to store a bed set and were rushing since I knew they were about to close. What I didn't know was that at exactly 9 pm the elevators would stop working as well as the door to enter the building and that there would be absolutely no one around to assist me. They provided me with a number to call the manager whom I called several times and I never received an answer. I had to leave the bed set there next to the elevators and come back at 6 am so I can place it in my storage (which I had left open as well). My feedback would be to have at least one person available to assist clients at 9:00 pm should this happen.

The manager (Nelson) was very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facility is clean and secure. I would recommend this location.

Carlos and the rest of the staff were very friendly when arrived to the facility, fast in helping us out, and quick to answer all questions. Very nice facility with easy access and plenty of carts for unloading. Recommended.

My family and I had visited the store and our first impression was that the workers were so helpful and so nice!!!. They dedicate their time and effort in pleasing the customers. Both Martha and I believe his name was Alejandro (I forgot his name, but he does have glasses) were very helpful and very organized and helped with our moving process. Overall the experience was nice and i would definitely recommend.

No one likes moving, it's such a pain!! Things get broken its hot and expensive. But I must say my experience at this store changed the way I feel. I will never again dread moving because I know I can go to this store and have such a painless experience. The store looks brand new. It was so clean inside and out. The lady in the front Martha was so warm and she really knew her stuff. She put my mind at ease. I was worried about the cost and she told me of the options they offered and the best unit for my stuff. She spoke English ( very hard to find in Miami) !!!!! I wasn't rushed, and I felt like she really cared, thank you Martha. I will be spreading the word about the service at this store. Keep it up!!

Storage unit and climate control, great. Only one elevator was working and the other was broken down. Couldn't use the stairs because it was emergency only. Made my overall move-in experience less than satisfactory, considering there were about 5 other moving trucks trying to unload in ONE elevator. Otherwise, good price, and clean unit, nice storage manager. Would've wished the second elevator was accessible as people were leaving out of frustration.

New facilities, which offer many possibilities and great storage conditions. the service was also fantastic.
