I booked online to save some money and even upgraded to a 1st floor storage unit; however, upon arrival, I was informed that my storage unit was in fact what Public Storage calls "a locker" which is actually on the second level of the 1st floor only accessible via a rolling ladder. Confusing? Yeah, for me too. This was not disclosed on their website. Therefore, I had to yet again, pay more than anticipated for a 1st floor, level 1 storage unit, which was smaller than what I had originally booked. It felt much like a rip off. The customer service guy, Morley, was solid though and the only reason this location gets an average rating.

The managers were very helpful in picking the the best unit to fit my needs. The paperwork was quick and easy and explained clearly. They let me know about items and insurance they had for sell but were not too pushy. The experience was great!

I was referred to this particular location by a Realtor a few years ago and i can see why she referred me as she was my neighbour at the time also and we lived only 30 blocks away. After visiting the same location in Borth Beach off 69 th street 5 days prior and the General Manager was very polite to me I assume he was the manager a tall black gentleman and he too me to a couple of units to view knowing i was not buying that day but was still polite and took the time to show me options that i liked. Additionally i asked him about the $1 special i was aware of and he confirmed for a limited product and time it was available. Finally 5 days later i was prompt to get my new storage unit and the new attendant a lady was very professional and apologized fro the first gentleman not being available but asked what can she do to help?she took about 20 minutes to show me a few units assess my specific needs and matched me with the perfect unit and the initial $1.00 first month deal with other fees like lock etc. We were interrupted a few items by others but she professionally handled each prospect client with humility, kindness and completed satisfying my request for a storage while others were also being taken care of with her swift apologetic request for a pause to sell other prospects a box or two. I thought she was highly kind and apologetic to every one while meeting the needs of others with a sympathetic and cal voice un rushed. Great job please keep up the good work

Just moved to Miami Beach, had a few things stored at this location before finding an apartment and let me tell you the staff here are amazing!! Very friendly, helpful and professional, never had an issue and most of all the location and storage space is very safe.

Today I went in the public storage for some prices on units and I was very pleased with the grate customer service and attitude the girls had even if they had no AC in there office Raquel,Gretel was very attentive with all my questions and showed different sizes and .all the merchandise I may need for my move in ... I would recommend. This location to ani one. Who need there things in storage .

This is a smallish facility in the midst of north part of Miami Beach. The loading area is a little inconvenient, but they are dealing with what they have. It's clean and the staff knows their business.
