The reservation and move in were effortless. The storage is clean, friendly and in an excellent location. The agents are extremely professional. The elevator was broke when I moved in but was quickly restored as the agents promised. You might want to hire more people because one agent has to lock the front door while showing the units to customers. That could turn new customers away. At any rate, the storage facility is great.
