Manager on duty was very helpful and showed me the unit before going moving in

Indoor unit with a/c, clean facilities and secure entrance and exit. Truck loaner was excellent for the price, free.

They shouldn't charge for the lock it should be included

This is my first time using a storage facility and I was impressed. Customer service from the start was outstanding. Check in was smooth and we were unloading in no time. There was some smaller debris still in our unit but not a big deal and the security gate to get in was broken making it less secure though they still have video surveillance and everything is locked. I was also expecting freight elevators as they didn't have and large units on the ground floor that are climate controlled but the elevators were pretty standard making hauling in large couches a little bit of a challenge having to stand them vertically. Manager gave me an even better rate than I found online. Overall good experience.

The only reason I gave it 4 and a half stars is because I haven't moved out yet so I haven't experienced that process. Once I move out I will come back and change my rating. I'm sure it will complete 5 stars.

I recently divorced with my wife of 20 years. Needless to say it was hard for me as I had never used storage before and needed to get my belongings stored. I shopped around my general area and came across storage king. I will definable be storing with them when the process is over, they treated me so well and explained the storage process to me in detail. I saw a smaller unit that was a 5x10, I believe and it was very clean and organized. The assistant manager there was very knowledgeable and explained tips I could use to stack the furniture. Keep up the good work guys great job!
