The person who checked me in for my reserved unit didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know what she was doing or even how to locate my unit. The unit was dirty and the door didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t close all the way. She didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even want to take me to show me the unit or facility. She just looked at me and said do you need something else? I felt like sayingﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ yes some customer service please.
