The premises are neat clean, well illuminated, safe, good and convenient location for me, and best of all, excellent customer service provided by the two guys at the reception desk

It was perfect from start to finish the facility is super clean and kept at a good temperature and managed very well.

So I needed a storage to move my things into, made a reservation, went into the facility to find a unit and found the best deals, very happy with the location and my decision. The staff was very helpful as well. I will always go with value store it!

The associate was extremely helpful, nice and he made me and my family extremely comfortable he went out of his way to make sure that we had the right storage unit for all of things. I Love the way that we were greeted from the time we walked into the business and when we walked out he took a lot of time explaining they policy and he also made sure that we knew exactly how to get back to our storage unit.

Alejandro Martinez (Alex) the assistant manager, went above and beyond to listen and showed a great interest in what size unit our family needed. He provided recommendations for a 10x20 unit to accommodate our move from Tallahassee 4 bedroom/ 2 car garage home. He responded to each of my calls and emails due to my circumstances of my mom being in the hospital. Alex tooked his time in answering any questions I had and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Amanda and the manager were outstanding. The facility was extra clean, equipped with dollies. Staff was informative, kind and patience was at a level of 100%. There was no rush each and every question was answered. I have much respect for them and would tell everyone to just go there first before shopping around. Be blessed.
