Although it is extremly expensive to rent a storage unit anywhere, your facility seemed higher than most. if it werent for your manager chads excellent aervice i may have shopped around more. I was in a bad spot & having a very diffcult day when i came to store quest. chad understood what i was going through & was patient & kind & did everything possible to make this part of my terrible day go smoothly. It was the 1 thing that i felt at ease about all day. thamk you chad.
