From the first time walking into the door, the service was excellent. Everything was ready on time. I would certainly recommend this particular site to anyone and already have recommended to one of my neighbors

I am very impressed and happy with the front desk employees .. Becky helped me get my unit set up and she did a great job.. Cubesmart did a great job with their hiring and I definitely recommend this place for storage.. I really like the area of the lot and feels very safe and is very clean

It took THREE tries before I was able to move into a unit that would work for a vehicle. The first was the right size unit, but only had a 4 foot wide door. Because they had no other units that size, the second was even larger (and a higher rental rate). We went through all the paperwork, but when we got to the unit, it was INACCESSIBLE for a vehicle. So back to the office to REDO ALL RENTAL PAPERWORK in order to rent a different unit. The third worked perfectly .... but each change brought the price up. So where I had planned for $188/mo I ended up with $226/mo. I'm not arguing whether or not that price is appropriate for the spot I ended up in ... it just was not at all what I budgeted for. By the time we realized all of this we were up against a time constraint, so we "had" to take the upgrade. This entire procedure took more than 90 minutes, when they already had all of my information. Not a great experience.

John in office was quite helpful. On two occasions he took me to unit, first to measure the diagonals and second time to try to see if my 12 foot kayak would fit in a 5x10 before I committed. ( It did ). Thanks for the friendly service .

Unit is the perfect size and the staff was amazing.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve rented three different times from Cubesmart in south Naples. Each time has been a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. the facilities have what youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d expect - fresh paint, good tarred roadways and appropriate drainage for the rain.

Clean, I feel safe going by myself.

Far from center, smells like mold, really dirty

The manager was very friendly. My wife and I brought our kittens and the manager let them run around the office while I filled out paperwork. She also helped me with my code when it wouldn't work. It was honestly the most pleasant introduction I've ever experienced while purchasing a storage unit.

recently got a unit and the process couldn't have been any easier. I was in and out in no time.

The customer service person who assisted me was knowledgeable and helpful. I haven't been in a week yet and I think I have had at least 10 emails.this is a little to much,it's not like I am staying at a luxury hotel.

Found facility only lacking one important amenity which is NO available outlets to plug in fan or extra lighting. Only other minor easy fix would be to smooth out ramps so carts have better mobility to cart in boxes
