After I finally found a parking space I could use everything went smooth and they were very helpful

Sales person on phone told us office was open till 8:00. Got there at 6:30 and they were closed. Closing time online and on door also said 8:00. Went back the next day and they were unable to show unit because of their lock system being down. I returned to the office only to be chewed out by property manager Jessica for entering through the wrong door. At this point I will take my business elsewhere.

I missed my payment due to loss of job, a $20 fee was added. That’s fine, but when I was late then the second month by a week, I went to my account to pay it after starting a new job, and there are over $120 late fees added this month and goes up every day. I keep trying to call and message and even call main company number and still no answer only option to leave voicemail which they don’t return call. DONT BE LATE!! Must not have read the fine print. Just terrible customer service, they want me to pay but they can’t even answer a phone there.

I reserved a unit online. The price was much less than other storage facilities in the area. The unit I reserved did not work out - my boat was too big to fit inside the unit. That same day Henry came out and helped me determine the best solution. Henry and Jess did everything to make sure I had a clean and safe place to store my boat. I would definitely recommend Midgard storage to anyone!
