I left email from website day 1 - Actually drove there on day 2 and the guy said that they had A/C problems in the building that I needed space so I had to call Jessica the next day to see if it was being repaired. I left 3 messages on day 3! 2 more phone calls on day 4 and Jessica was too busy to talk with me - said she would call back. When she did, she said they were getting the a/c fixed but to get the rate that the man reserved for me then I had to come in to the office to fill out the paperwork (I am now 1 1/2 hours from there.) She (Jessica) said that I could reserve on line but the rate would be much higher. 4 Days of waisted time on my part!

Brand-new location. The customer service is excellent. The place is beautiful and manager was very accommodating.

Great customer service and thoughtful pricing. Other locations are gouging enough to you make you consider just having a garage sale instead of storing.

We recently contracted with Midgard on Collier Blvd in East Naples to store our RV travel trailer. I couldn't be more impressed with the ease and simplicity of the process. Chris, the manager was exceptional with his service and down to earth communication. He informed us of their 10% senior discount with auto pay that we were not aware of. Nice added feature, along with 1st month free. Great value! Chris even came out and assisted us with parking our trailer( we are new towers and backing up was a challenge but he was right there to help). We also looked at their indoor conditioned storage units that are spotlessly clean. I highly recommend checking out Midgard Storage.

The air conditioned building helped moving be more comfortable. Building was easy to gain access, as was the entire storage facility. Management was super friendly.
