Chris was my man checking me out the other day. Very professional and walked me through the entire process. I recommend to anyone this was my first time ever using a storage facility. I am not savvy with locks or computers, and they walked me through it. If I can do u can.

When reserving the storage unit on sparefoots site the promo stated first full month free and no obligation to move in but had to lock in the offer and required a reservation so I did exactly that and reserved one. Did not say the unit Had to be paid for just reserved no matter the move in date. And now I've moved my stuff into the storage and I'm told I don't get the 1st full month free becuz I paid for and signed the paperwork after the promotion was over ! REMINDER THE SITE SAID THE UNIT HAD TO BE RESERVED NOT PAID FOR! 🥱🤬🙄

We moved to the Naples area from Oklahoma without a confirmed place to live because the rental market is so crazy right now, and our home is on the market back in Edmond.
