Price is probably the best part, but if you're on the 2nd floor you will earn that savings!. The elevator is for people, NOT your furniture/bins, etc....a serious design flaw for a moving-storage facility not to have a freight elevator. Very tight space and difficult to deal with, complicated by the carts that are very difficult to maneuver, especially in and out of that joke called an elevator. The interior is clean and well lit, climate is comfortable and open air ceilings are good for air circulation. The exterior of the building is in need of power washing. The other major flaw, easily remedyed is signage: an arrow , this way to elevator for instance. Building Entry Doors designated by a number or letter, etc....the indoor space is a maze with no direction. Lastly, the non-stop annoying follow-up calls and emails became confusing when information changed.

Great pricing, able to complete the entire rental via phone and computer. Needed a space but we were still in Connecticut. Could not have been easier to rent and secure a space.
