I had a great experience at this storage facility. I had been searching for storage units all around but needed to make sure I could save money and have the right location. The manager Kayla helped answer all of the questions and helped me choose the best unit to fit my needs. She was very friendly and sold me more on her means to help more than anything. I would definitely recommend this storage facility if you are looking for fast and friendly customer service!

As indicated.......was Great. Matt was very helpful and friendly. Facility not as nice as Cube Smart, and they have flat beds for movng.. Appreciate the lower rate......why we came. Was told we would not be bllled for pro-rate to 1st of month until March......but was billed right away, the 1st of February. Don't like Surprises...........

Matt, the manager of the Public Storage facility in Bonita Springs Fla. could not have been more helpful. I looked at 2 other storage places in the same area. As soon as I started talking with Matt I knew this was the place to do business. Matt explained the rental agreement in detail and made the whole process simple. He was friendly and actually seemed like he cared about my situation. A very helpful person with excellent people skills, like remembering who I am when I call! He's an asset to the Public Storage company. Plus he assigned a storage unit to me that was right up front!

I had to call them from out-of -state after my movers pick up my things being moved and talked about my concerns and they were so helpful.
