Carla and Daniel could give a Master Class in outstanding customer service. Lots has gone wrong with my out-of-state move and I'm delighted to say renting a unit at this storage facility was one of the things that went right!

Great experience with Michael at Public Storage! He was thorough when he showed us available units and how to work the gates & locks. Was also very helpful when we had trouble communicating with the movers. Would highly recommend!

The lady in the office is great to deal with and she knows her job very well. She always has a smile when greating you. The facility is kept clean and the temperature controlled storage units are great.

I had a great experience at this storage facility. I had been searching for storage units all around but needed to make sure I could save money and have the right location. The manager Kayla helped answer all of the questions and helped me choose the best unit to fit my needs. She was very friendly and sold me more on her means to help more than anything. I would definitely recommend this storage facility if you are looking for fast and friendly customer service!

The property is very clean, secure and has easy access to inside units; but the staff really shines! Tom knew what he was doing, friendly and enthusiastic. A very pleasant experience.

I am very happy with the service I received here. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Staffer Laurie walked me out to the storage spot and explained access policies clearly. She also verified my access code with me before I left.

From the initial phone call to being greeted when I walked through the door Public Storage has been great.

I was able to secure a10x20 storage unit within less than 20 minutes prior to receiving a delivery via semi transport. Courteous, timely and efficient it just doesn't get any better any faster.

As indicated.......was Great. Matt was very helpful and friendly. Facility not as nice as Cube Smart, and they have flat beds for movng.. Appreciate the lower rate......why we came. Was told we would not be bllled for pro-rate to 1st of month until March......but was billed right away, the 1st of February. Don't like Surprises...........

Matt, the manager of the Public Storage facility in Bonita Springs Fla. could not have been more helpful. I looked at 2 other storage places in the same area. As soon as I started talking with Matt I knew this was the place to do business. Matt explained the rental agreement in detail and made the whole process simple. He was friendly and actually seemed like he cared about my situation. A very helpful person with excellent people skills, like remembering who I am when I call! He's an asset to the Public Storage company. Plus he assigned a storage unit to me that was right up front!

The two gentlemen that helped me were pleasant and helped me decide what size unit. I had to call them from out-of -state after my movers pick up my things being moved and talked about my concerns and they were so helpful. I did not know moving was so stressful but to know The Public Storage willingly made me feel at ease.

I put my possessions in storage while I am doing a caregiving gig. When the time comes to retrieve them they will as good as the last time I saw them.
