Public Storage - Naples - 3807 White Lake Blvd

The storage units are very clean and accessible. I just switched units from another facility and wish I went with Public storage first. My only minor complaint is both times Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been there and no one else was there but there were no carts to help move things from car to storage unit. I walked the entire upstairs and downstairs in search of one with no luck.

SUPER clean. Great customer service. The facility has excellent covered access for loading/unloading which is important during our summer rainy season.

Staff was really helpful and explained different products that they sell.

I have been renting a unit at this facility for a few months and every time I have visited the facility is super clean and the temp is comfortable. Ronnie goes above and beyond to help with whatever you need. Spoke to Trinity for the first time last week and she was also very helpful and polite. Very happy I chose this location.

Ronnie and Trinity were very helpful in making sure I got the right size unit for my storage needs. They both were very courteous and they had the place clean and organized. I definitely will recommend them to my friends and will use this facility again in the future if I need.

The storage spaces are excellent. The only thing I did not like is I had to walk to find carts. Im handicap Nd it hurts yo walk alot.

Very helpful young guy explained which units were available showing us around and eventually walking us to the unit we selected. He explained how each day whoever is working does a walk round to check security of each unit. All in all very good staff and a nice clean environment, I would fully recommend this particular location to friends.

Clean facility & property manager was very friendly and helpful.

I was looking for a place that was affordable. This deal seemed to good to be true. I was expecting a bunch of hidden charges and fees. This wasn't the case. I was quoted 17 a month and the only other charge was for insurance. Still a perfect deal. Thanks. This really helped alleviate stress of moving.

Putting items you want to keep in a storage unit is never a fun experience, but the team at the facility located in Naples can make it much less stressful. They don't allow you the time to organize your things..They expect you to stop,drop, and Go

Ronnie helped us tremendously in finding our unit, showing us around, and getting us the best deal. The facility is extremely clean and new. All units are temperature controlled and the facility is passcode protected. Best storage unit facility and operations I've seen yet.

Fine, the girls were nice they were patience with my boyfriend who was in a hurry however the fees were absurd. Unaffordable but kinda marketing at its darkest.
