Everyone is always so nice and helpful until you sign over the contract. Once that happens, it's astounding how insignificant you become. I believe i was transferred over to a manager that really could give an honest worry for the circumstance and really gave little regard... it was a rude call at minimum. I rented a storage unit, and less than 6 months later, my unit went up $25 a month. No explanation, just a "well you're month to month and it's subject to change at anytime". I think this is a profitable business and they know it and take advantage... because it can be difficult to just move your things again. However, I'll make it my mission to remove my items, sell some, and find elsewhere to store my things. To not even lock you in a year and that price is criminal in my opinion... but I was the person who chose them. A heads up to anyone looking to purchase a storage unit...

Moved in over the weekend to a storage unit at Alt 19/Hwy 19 location, and it went just as smooth as anyone could ask. Spoke with Cindy about mid-week after putting hold on one, and went in on Saturday morning to tackle paperwork. The ladies took care of me and made the transition just easy peazy.. Wonderful customer service, welcoming and let me know all the rules & Regs. Place is immaculate, and love the climate control. Definitely have told others already about this location and its management.
