I would recommend going to the office directly to inquire and check in. The staff is very friendly. Trying to phone in is difficult as the call typically goes to voicemail. The facility is clean. They do require insurance on your unit.

Charged my credit card 2 extra times! My money is still not credited back to my account!! Pathetic

Kathy the manager was very kind and respectful very informative helps you all the way up to even getting into your unit showing you want to do they make it so easy. Joe was there when I went the next day and he was just as good. Moving in was a breeze The place is spotless Great pricing by the way thanks for all y'all did Kathy and Joe

I booked online in the late evening and received a call next morning from a very nice lady—i think it was Kathy. She wanted to make sure she was in office when i came by which i thought was considerate. Took about 15 minutes for paperwork; she drove me down to my locker to make sure it was right size , it was clean n everything was efficiently done and pleasant. Easy peasy…

Kathy was so helpful, customer service making my move in east and simple could not have been better! So grateful.

My representative was awesome. Very informative, very pleasant, made me feel very welcome from the time I walked in the door. He showed me the unit and helped me get a lock so everything would be secure. I am exceptionally pleased.
