Gator State Storage - Port Richey

Needed a space quick and easy, everything was set and ready within 20 minutes.

Very hard to park you have to back in, the door was very hard to pull up, could see the other tenant items due to holes in the two walls. Believe this is in a flood zone shouldve been told because thats why i was getting a storage unit to protect hat I have left. Alex is a nice guy. I just felt that this storage unit wasnt suitable for me.

Very helpful and patient staff. We had to buy a lock, which was not told to us. We bought a lot the next day got in and out the storage area without a problem.

Price is good for the space and access.

Excellent Customer service. Could use lip ramps on units was hard to get trolley over lip. Inside of unit needs work. Damage to walls and floors had some partial rubber square matting that made it hard to move stuff around. Hopefully after renovations complete it will be better.

The customer service is exceptional and they definitely know how to keep the place clean.

The new manager Lucas and Alex are great. They will help you out with anything. I got into my unit in 15 minutes and was ready to go. The new upgrades look great as well.

Alex called me minutes after I made the reservation and gave me my gate code and unit number in 5 minutes. Very secure and well light up place. Would highly recommend

I remember driving by this place when it was run down. Theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve done a ton of renovations to the building the doors and the units! It looks amazing with the new gate and lights. The managers are amazing and help you with anything you need. Highly recommend!

Just moved in about 4 months ago. Loved all the new renovations. Alex and Lucas has been nothing but helpful. I will be getting all my friends to come rent here.

Alex is seriously the best manager I have ever dealt with at any storage I have been with. I HIGHLY recommend this place for your storage needs!

The number of phone numbers this facility is aligned with is confusing. The responsiveness because of this (if I'm being kind) is not great. The facility is dirty, dingy and honestly not the safest looking. The new young owners are I'm sure doing their best (hence 2 stars not 1... depends what you're willing to put up with while paying for it). I'm however not up for getting more of my furniture ruined while waiting for the roof to be replaced... having not been told it was due for replacement... looked fine on the inside, but am hardly going to climb on to the roof to check outside. It's great that its 'next on the list', but not helpful to me or my furniture. A new gate code system was put in for which I got no notification or information - my password to their website apparently became the gate code... luckily there was someone at their unit who was able to help me out... since there was no owner or manager on site on a Saturday during working hours and no one answering any of the 3 phone numbers I have. And the password that worked on their website (and is now the gate code) no longer works...but then nor does the 'forgot your password' link that is supposed to send a link to reset the password... tried it several times with both emails I have - despite knowing exactly which email its under. All a little too 'amature hour' for my liking. Needless to say I've found another storage facility. I wish these young men the best of luck... but 'try much harder' and 'wait before you open to the public' would be my advice.

I've been in the storage unit now for 3 years and I've had a very good experience. So pleasant and so clean and very reasonable.Lucas and Alex were very accommodating. If your looking for a storage unit go there you won't be sorry

I am very impressed with all the new upgrades that have taken place at this storage facility. The owners were very happy to show me around and explain all the options available for the type of unit I need. They were very polite courteous and proffesional. If you are looking for storage space I highly recommend you give them a call.

This storage facility is top notch. It is very clean and the staff is friendy and accomodating for your needs. They were very helpful helping me decide the unit size I needed. I really recommend this site if you are in need of a storage unit.

New management is awesome! They're doing a great job at fixing things up immediately and turning the place completely around. Still the best prices in town by far for workshops or storage!

Easy sign up process over the phone. New owners are making improvements to the property every time I come. Has lots of cameras and a gate that's fairly easy to get through.
