The friendliness of staff well exceeded my expectations! Especially since I just went thru a hurricane Irma in the Keys. It's refreshing to deal with genuine people in doing business! Only thing I will knock Public Storage for is forcing me to carry insurance. I only needed a 5x5 unit and they're a hard find. Every dollar counts to someone in my position... I just feel the forced insurance is a scam an b.s. I'm originally from the Southside of Chicago, so I know b.s. I would also like to applaud Public Storage on cleanliness of their facility. Again only gripe I have is insurance!

Vivi was wonderful!!! My only 2 concerns were lack of 24/7 access for all units and that there were no specials. Especially since we Floridians are recovering from serious storm damage.

Ownership transferred from Derby Storage, which I've been with for years. Never had any problems. They didn't change my rates when ownership was switched, which is a big plus, and the staff (Shannon & Tyler) seemed friendly and tried to help me any way they could.
