I came to move in over the weekend. The lights are motion sensored so we waited thinking theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d turn on. After waiting awhile I went down to the desk and informed them. They said they knew of the issue as the request had been in for weeks. They offered to move me but I explained I was half way through unloading and I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t want to move twice. I asked if there was anything they could do with my rate since they specifically knew there was no light there but they gave me the unit anyway and they said they couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t. Obviously this place doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t care about spending money on their asset, they only care about MAKING money.

I had a good experience and very easy to drive to facility.

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very clean ,staff is very helpful,but the loading carts arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t always available cause other customers use more then one at a time not very considerate of them,but otherwise the facility itself is wonderful.

The units are kinda cringy, but the prices are decent, & the staff is great.

Vivi was so helpful but she could use an assistant. Her full attention should be customer service not cleaning bathrooms.

I made a reservation online. Somehow location was no where close to where it was supposed to be. Finally got to the site just before the gates closed. I was on the phone with a customer service rep. the entire time. The gate code would not work. The rep helped me. I was in the facility put the code in to get inside the building and it said to call this number because it was closed I called said number and what a nightmare! Did all the prompts to be able to speak with a human only never got a human. Instead it was every imaginable offer for DirecTV car insurance quote if I was over 50 blah blah blah and never got a customer service rep at all over 40 minutes of calling this number over and over again trying different prompts because I'm not interested in DirecTV and auto insurance quotes I have been in tears for over an hour and still no customer service rep. I went online for public storage got an 844 number call that and it was some body that had been hired to sell storage units for multiple places! It's still wasn't a public storage rep! I'm still sitting in the parking lot my car loaded I can't get inside to the unit that I have paid for online and I'm crying because I have been through so much hell trying to reach somebody. NOBODY should have to go through this!! NOBODY!

Moved all of my things from a unit across town to this one. Much better price, better loading and unloading area, very clean. And did I say much better price??!?!

It's a great price, but the access hours are limited, and my unit has crusty stuff all over the ceiling that looks toxic & falls off the ceiling onto your stored stuff.

Wouls like a better sense of security after 6 when still unloading or picking up

This facility was conviently located for my needs. The elevators are not user friendly, and its hard to get the carts into them . I also dont think the facility should shut down @ 9pm, if you are busy till late you can't take stuff in for fear of being locked in..o

First day of move in was great with no issues. Second time we had to wait almost 20 minutes for a cart. Someone had brought down a lot of furniture from an upper floor and left it in the lobby for hours. Other than that, everything has been great.

The customer service was wonderful and the pricing is reasonable, especially when compared to other, similar, places nearby. The woman who did my paperwork was knowledgeable and fast and the security at the place is really good. I especially like that you can't even use the elevator without your code. That extra layer of protection is great for your piece of mind.

The check in process took aot longer than I expected but the guys were nice. The second day I came to add items to my unit and the elevator was broken so I was unable. Hope that doesn't happen often.

This area is under major construction. That makes access very difficult. When finished, should be fine, but right now, the units are shakey, not really secure, and far away from the "office". Price ad location are good for us, and COri was very helpful and efficient.

Office personnel Kelly and another young lady were very helpful. First in getting the right size unit then in getting the paperwork done.

Customer service was excellent

I will be taking my belongings out of your Storage facility and renting a unit from another company, Over 3 weeks ago I informed the person that was in the office about the screws that hold the latches that the lock is placed were loose and I can take them out by hand which means that my belongings are free for whoever wants them if they so choose, nothing has been done about it and I WILL NOT continue to do business with a company that does not care about their customers.

Good experience. Friendly staff. They had carts to help moving easier. it would have been nice to have known that insurance was required up front. One thing I didn't like was that the reservation was not a true reservation, the unit was not actually being held for that date. Even with a reservation some one could take the unit. "Reservation" is misleading.

Sharp, friendly guy, very pleasant to deal with.

I sustained a rather HUGE gash on my elbow from the side of my units metal door while in the process of moving my items inside of said unit. But, that's on me..... L.B.

Nick was very professional and nice to work with. However the unit I rented had a bent door. 2211. You could fix that.

Great experience place is clean and secure

Very easy check in, nice facility & the lady who checked me in was very efficient! Only complaint I have is I wish there was a little ramp going in thru the doors, I couldn't get the cart up over the door jam once it was loaded so I had to leave the cart inside the door and carry everything to it:(

Nice, helpful lady in office. The unit could have been cleaner though, as it appears it wasn't swept out prior to renting it to me. I had to sweep it out.

After an amazingly terrible experience with another local storage facility close by (on Little Road), I was lucky enough to find this Public Storage. I occupied my storage unit today, and Robin was a PHENOMENAL hostess and took the time to show me everything, but respected the fact that I had movers on the way as well. She was a pleasure to deal with, extremely personal and knowledgeable, gave me an incredible deal, and made me feel like I did the right thing by choosing this Public Storage facility! I can't thank her enough - she turned a bad situation into a great experience!

Great service - great facilities

I got a really great deal online. A 12x12 unit for $100/mo. climate controlled!!! And Hueyretta (?sp) was great!!! Very friendly and accommodating! I felt very comfortable storing my belongings there.

I manage apartment communities in Tampa, but this is my first time renting a storage unit. I just wanted to say that Monica at the West Hillsborough Ave location was amazing!!! The people who work/manage the facility have exceeded my expectations. They have been extremely helpful in my storage needs. I have rented storage at other places and those places treated you like they were doing you a favor to rent from them.

By far the best storage facility I've ever used. Growing up, my family always had a storage space so I'm no stranger to the storage 'game'. I use the SR54 location and saying they have excellent customer service is an understatement. I would recommend them to anyone!
