The place need a little help I.e. a door stop so I don't have to bring one, a cart, a bit more ease of use would be nice...but Stephanie was amazing! what a Godsend when I needed one!

I am always pleased with Public Storage. The customer service is great, & the location is very convenient. My family has used the location on Mitchell Rd. In Trinity multiple times for our storage needs & it has always been a positive experience.

Couldn't ask for better help than I did with Candice. I got a phone call after looking on site the next day and explain my situation and she was very friendly and told me once you need it just give a holler.. When I went in that day she show me two shed, explain everything to to the T and even answer my questions. You don't get service as well as that. Thanks.

The girl at the front desk, Candice made me feel right at home with her bubbly personality. She showed interest and she was interested in what I had to say. Nothing is more frustrating when I have to beg people for their business. I will always go to Public Storage first for my storage needs. The supplies are a bit expensive but all on all I had a good ecperience.

Everything was great. My unit was clean and easily accessible. Climate control was maintained at good temperature, and they had carts for our use that made loading/unloading easy.

My family and I have used Public Storage several times. I have to say this last time was amazing for me. My family and I were moving out on Friday. We were also moving from our home. As we know how crazy that can be. I drove over to my unit on Friday to close it down. Only to notice the my key was lost. Also I was on a time frame to get it done. Asking the sales reps out front. They told me they had no one available. I told them I understand. After that not knowing what to do next. The sales manger had pulled up in his car. His name is Manny! I was truly happy to see him. He saw was upset. I asked him if he could help me. He told me no worries I am hear to help you. After hearing that I was so happy. I just want to saw thank to Manny and his sales crew. You guys are the best! Thanks again John

I stored here while ago, I came back becuase of the sevice. Unfortunately, they didnt have the right size that I needed, but I will be back because of Candice and her personality and customer service.

Location is perfect, prices are affordable, and staff is amazing!!! The no cost hold really came in handy for keeping my unit ready and waiting for me until after the mandatory hurricane evacuation!

My company stores here for a long time, I was always the first one to volunteer to run to storage for them but this last time was sad, I miss Lori she was always so sweet and kind, she was always with a smile. You lost a good employee! Next time someone else can do the run, its just not the same for me.

We had a storage unit for six months, and all of our items were in great condition when we went to empty out the unit. Lori was especially helpful in finding a unit that would fit our needs for the six-month period. Lori was always professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about the storage facility. We will recommend Public Storage to all of our friends!!

The facility is good but what makes it great is the customer service that John performs. He went the extra mile to help us with the storage rental while being courteous and pleasant. Would recommend because of this excellent customer service.

I'm very pleased with the condition of the atorge facility. Its nice, clean and kept up well. My storage unit was clean and swept when i first arrived. Lori in the office is super nice and helpful. The only complaints I have are: 1. The fact that renter's insurance is required. Why do you care? $11 per month. 2. The cylinder lock, so I couldn't use my lock from a previous storage facility. $18 wasted. Thanks.

the people who work there are very personable! They brought me around the property and showed me the units! They also offered me a drink while I was waiting for the paperwork to fill out! I will never use any storage company other than Public Storage!

With no basement in Florida homes, a place to put those seasonal items becomes necessary. Public Storage offers many alternatives in space, clean and friendly with carts to assist you. They do have some irritating "required charges" above the cost of the space, but after a few months you will forget about these things.
