I was having a bad day since I was doing all the work of loading and unloading items for a friend who lost almost everything in the hurricane. I think Dawn saw that and it was just moments after checking in I began to think todays not that bad. Dawn was so nice and understanding. I mistakenly went to the one of Embassy and Bobby was the one who told me that I was at the wrong one. Dawn is quick on the ball. A tenant that was moving out was placing all his boxes against the wall blocking the elevator. I let Dawn know that and she immediatley went up there to address the problem.

Great customer service I didn't know where to go the nice lady walked to the big map and pointed everything out for me.

We were pleased with the clean facility and that they had moving carts available to use. However the pull through area for vehicles is way to narrow. We went back to put more items in our storage and there was this huge box truck in there and it took up the whole pull through lane and they had all the moving carts. There was a long line of people agravated and so weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re we. There was a storage employee there but he didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t seem to resolve the situation, not happy with that. Otherwise itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a good place to store your things.

The facility is clean and well lit. The ability to load and unload indoors is a great feature considering Floridaﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s weather. I highly recommend this site.

I loved how easy it was to rent online, get sent move in instructions, and just move in to my storage spot. So easy and quick. Spot was perfect for my camper. Canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t beat the price either.

The storage unit and building was not clean. When we opened our unit the first thing we saw was a water bug which should of been removed before showing. Whoever cleans the facility should do a better job.

Bad phone service! The loading/unloading area not equipped for pile-ups and hazardous parking while long line forms outside waiting to enter.

The corners are really narrow for big objects there's only 1 place to unload and it's packed with people no manager on site to help with anything and she is very rude!! Overall sucks.
