Good, friendly, and professional

Only have a part-time manager. Units do not feel secure as the walls between initial on have 1/2" drywall and all 3 units I viewed have big areas of sheetrock ripped open, so they obviously are not maintaining the facility. They way over billed me for the initial charge and don't prorated until the 2nd billing. Only positive I see is being able to open the gate from their app.

There were only 2 10x15' units and one had a broken door and the other has holes in the wall that couldn't be fixed until Tuesday even though they knew I was moving in on Saturday. I can touch the other units stuff. The top of the drywall looks like someone has climbed through before. When we looked at a 10x10 the lady was so rude. I'm nervous leaving my stuff there and will move as soon as possible.

I reserved my unit late at night and to my surprise I got a call in the morning asking if I had a questions. Reservation was super easy to make and I love that your able to see the different size unit online so I was pretty sure which one I needed the next day.

I had originally reserved a storage unit at another place For a Sunday afternoon, I was in the middle of moving and lost track of time, so When I did arrive at that particular place at 4pm, They had already closed at 3. Their hours were 12-3 on a Sunday. So in a panic state I rushed over to Public Storage which was open til 5:30, and they got me and my filled up truck, right in!! Super fast and easy!! The girl at the front knew exactly what to do!! Thanks Public Storage!!

A good secure storage facility, but if you book a unit on the internet beware of bait and switch pricing

Folks at this location were very helpful - had called other locations and they were not willing to check door height (which we needed to know), or other details we needed. Ladies here were helpful and then extremely kind to my husband when he came to get it set up. Easy to access and unit worked for us.

I have never rented a storage unit before and this was not because I wanted to do it. My mother passed away and I needed to take care of her personal belongings. I live in another state, so I knew I would need to place some of her things in storage. I went online and found the closest Public Storage. I made a reservation online and the next day I received a personal telephone call. I wasn't sure of what size I needed, but it was no problem. The morning I went I met Rudy and he was wonderful, he talked to me about everything and I told him what I was bringing and he was so compassionate and caring telling me his experience when he lost his mother. Rudy made this so easy for me and him taking the time to make me feel special was appreciated.

I appreciate being able to store a few things during my home remodel project. It will help me keep my sanity while things are strewn about the place. Thanks

Rudy was excellent and very honest. But Public Storage has a lot of hidden fees. I though l was going to have to spend $25 and it was actually $60 for move in. Also said $14/mo and my total cost is $25/mo so don't let them trick you. But you get a good clean secure storage for the price. Just wish they'd of been up front and honest about pricing.

at times upon returning from a car show out of the area I would really like to be able to gain gate access after 9pm and no I cant give specific dates as to when and where I will be attending such shows , I would appreciate if someone could help with this situation , Local office people at my location told me to ask a day in advance and that maybe a superior will grant me gate access after hours , I am currently looking into relocating to another form of vehicle storage so I dont have to deal with this lockout situation , especially when I choose not to leave my vehicle at my condo and classic car insurance companies denied me insurance as Public Storage garage will not be where the car is garaged every day -

Much cheaper than a major competitor, still safe and clean.

I like the access hours and the security of the gate. Easy in and easy out, yet secure.
