Samantha and Katrina are the property managers and are very professional, as well as welcoming. Samantha showed me the unit I reserved in climate-controlled environment and stated the temperature would not exceed 80 degrees. This has been true, mostly fluctuating between 76 - 79 degrees which has been fine for me. The facility is well maintained inside and out. I would recommend CubeSmart Storage to anyone needing an affordable storage facility here in New Smyrna, Florida.

I originally wanted a 10 x 20 but realized I needed something bigger after selling my house. Might actually need another one but smaller. The folks here are very pleasant and easy to talk with. they made the rental process very easy. Thank you.

I lost my roof dying the hurricane, so I made an reservation on a 3rd party website, and was able to rent a climate controlled unit. Becky helped me upgrade to a larger unit, once I got there and everything went very smoothly! She was friendly. And professional, and so nice! Thankyou!

The gentleman that works at the cube smart on renzulli road was great to deal with. Even though my reservations that were taken over the phone were mistakenly made for the cube smart on pioneer road he was able to accommodate me and my needs without hesitation. If something needs done she gets it done right away! She is the perfect fit for this location! Her assistant is pushing the boundaries of perfection.
