The Storage Place

The facility is cool, new and clean and provide carts which really help. However, the price I initially reserved increased because it wasn't booked right away although I was ready to do so but was told to wait until the day before? Also the price will increase quite a bit after 6 months or so and I wasn't made aware that was going to happen. Lisa was great with her service.

Everything good, except the moving carts wheels don't lock and the handle does not lock in place, both causing near major accidents/breakage. Lastly, the bump at the entrance is ok, if you don't have a heavy load. With a heavy load and, the handle not locking in, it's a real pain in the rear to get the cart over the threshold. Concrete dust a little bad, but I guess that's because it's new.

This was my first ever rental of storage space. If I had known it was this easy I may have used it before. My initial on-site contact was with Lisa; every location should have a clone of this lady - personable and professional. Of course I was in awe on the cleanliness of The Storage Place, Niceville, FL.
