It seemed like I was an inconvenience when I entered to sign my documents. Zero amount of customer service was present to make a very welcoming customer experience for a new client. This should be addressed.

The move in rate was deceiving, but I had very little time to get things out of my uhaul after traveling for two days, so I stayed with them. I hope the service gets better as time goes on.

I made an appointment for 2pm. Arrived at 2:05. Sign on the door said will return at 2:40pm and she did to her credit.

The fees you have to pay for everything the first time you pay is outrageous. 27 dollar admin fee, 20 dollars for the lock for the unit, 15 dollars for the insurance, plus the unit cost.

I rented here a couple years ago, and when I needed another unit again last week I didn't hesitate to go back. Easy access location, and super friendly and helpful employees!!

Nice staff, quick and efficient.

You have two locations that are a mile apart. We have been at one of them for over a year and they raised my rent for a second time. I was forced to move a mile down the street to the other location despite asking to stay where I was after the manager refused to work with me. The unit was a just a 6x10 and our company has a limit on cost. We have a larger unit with you as well so its hard to understand why I had to go to all the trouble of moving just to keep my rate on the small space. On top of all that, I was charge a $24 admin moving fee despite already being a customer. The first months rent was supposed to be $1 but I paid full price. What score would you give yourself?

The lady tryiied to steal our iPhone my husband dropped. It was turned in by a Good Samaritan. When we went to get it she denied she had it. We had to pull up the iPhone locator to prove it was there and threaten calling the police and then she produced it very fast

I have used Public Storage a few different times and trust them with my property. The only thing that has inconvenienced me is there is usually only one person at the counter when I've been in and the girl can only assist one person at a time so I have had to leave the office so they can lock it up, and then I'm waiting outside while the person in front of me can view the locker space they will be renting. I find that very inconvenient. Your brochures clearly spell out what size locker you will need for what kind of stuff you will be storing and the workers are knowledgeable enough to suggest what you need. Looking at an empty locker doesn't help, but that's my opinion. Regardless, I will continue to use Public Storage for the location, and the people are very nice to deal with.

its ok. mr. mo was nice other then that it was a storage place what else cab they do but not charge me but he did that..

They were open on Sunday which work best for us. The person we worked with was very professional and took us to the spot we were going to rent and showed us how to work the fence.

It's a great place to stoe nonessential items, and it's very secure. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

First of all after a very hard day of packing. I walked into this store and was greeted by Melissa who must of noticed what kind of day i was having she had such a great personality and customer service skills. I was in and out and was very glad I came in when I did. Will definitely recommend this storage facility to all my friends and family in Ocala, Florida.

The location is easy to get to. The security was a major reason I chose this company and location. Customer service was excelllent. She took the time to make sure I selected the right unit, how to help maintain items in storage, and that I was comfortable with the gate system. Overall I feel I made the right selection and would recommend it here to anyone. And I checked out over 5 places.

You can't beat the price for the space! Melissa was very helpful and nice. I am glad I decided to get a storage room here.

We feel very secure storing our travel trailer, Matilda, there. It is clean, modern, efficient staff and lots of cameras!!!

Terrific customer service, friendly and clean storage unit, fair prices.

Nice unit and location. Made reservation online with no problem. Before I got a chance to leave the house they were calling me. Not a big deal, but give me a few hours before chasing me. Got there, liked unit and stated to sign up. Was not happy that I was told that I had to buy the insurance in order to rent unit. I almost said forget it. Signed up for least amount that ending up being 10% of unit cost and with a deductible. I am not sure that I needed to do it, or if it was a bonus for the sales person to sell it to me.

Nice n efficiency service

The staff was wonderful. Public Storage itself was clean. Did not smell of bug spray and I loved it however as I said above the motion light in the hall of my unit was not in working order. I reported that it be fixed immediately. A week later, it still was not working.

I am very happy so far. The Proce is perfect of my budget, the clean facility is awesome! Leaving my boxes some where clean and dry is important and the staff is Awwsome!! Very polite and always following unprinted if I need anything!! Great customer service!!

Very helpful at what ever yu need

I have to start by saying that Mo at the Ocala facility should be running your training. If everyone in any customer service position did their job, or acted toward customers at any job half as well as this man does at his, the experiances that any one of us has with any Customer Service rep for any company would be 1000 better The reason for my rental had to do with moving my 90 yr old Father to assisted living. It was not a pleasent week but this was the bright spot i needed.

I simply could not be any happier with my rental unit. I was assisted by a gentleman whos name escapes me. He is fantastic at his job. The entire staff is great as well. The office and storage unit area are immaculate. I will highly recommend to anyone who is i need of a storage unit to use your company.

I would go to the storage units I found on the internet. its on 36th ave down from Kmart. Great prices online and really nice people.
