Overall experience great, clean easy acess

First off it is extremely hot in this place. Due 2 my health it affected me terribly. I went to first facility and there was no A/C where u check into and the temp read 92 in the little room.I wanted 2 change 2 climate space due 2 being so hot and the moisture would ruin my stuff so they didn't have 1 there so I had 2 change location.I get there and the check in box don't work but the A/C does so go figure. Had 2 go back 2 the other place get checked in for new place and get there. Took elevator which was about 💯 degrees 😳, thank goodness I only going 2 second floor. Walk around looking for my space n can't find it anywhere. Looked for 2 hours. Had someone that was putting stuff in theirs 2 help me and he couldn't find it either. So I call customer service,wait on hold for 40 min,told them I couldn't find it.There is Noone on premise if anyone needs help so she told me from what I could understand b/c of course no speaka English, that someone would give me a call within 48 hours. Already have my car loaded with stuff and drove all the way there, I was MAD. It's been over a week and Noone has ever called. Finally after about 45 minutes, I finally found it. U had 2 go thru a door which is my fault , that looks exactly like an emergency exit that u know ur not suppose 2 go thru and in bold letters says KEEP DOOR CLOSED AT ALL TIMES. Well that's all I read at first. I needed 2 read the whole door not just bold letters. Thats where I messed up. They should do something about that. Yes I feel really stupid but that's my story. Not a good experience in the summertime.
