Very happy with the customer service we received from public storage I feel the storage was not cleaned out all that good feel could have been cleaned better a lot of cobwebs and the floor had some sticky stuff on it that had to be cleaned before we moved our stuff in but overall satisfied

Renting from Public Storage was a very pleasant experience thanks to Gloria. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole process easy. She went out of her way to answer all of our questions. I would definitely recommend them to any family and friends in need of a storage facility.

Very clean units and grounds..and capable management on staff.

The facility is clean over all, however upon delivering items to my unit there were lots of tire puncturing screws all over the ground. My three sons and I spent about 30 minutes or so picking them up. I told the front office and came back the next day to find even more. A couple of units down from mine there is a pile of screws up against the building that I showed to a person who works on site and after several more days they are still there. Is it my responsibility to clean the driving area so I don't get flat tires? Screws in tires can cause a blow out and could potentially be dangerous as well as costly. I expected for this to be resolved once I made the office aware but nothing has been done. Thank you

GREST, I used to have a unit at Neighborhood Storage on NE 25th Ave. in Ocala which was vacated in January this year. They now IDEA what was going on. They recently emailed me that MY Storage Locker rent was PAST DUE ??

Maria helped us obtain a unit for storage which was very convenient for us. She was very knowable and showed us around the property as where to enter and exit. Explained the hours, etc. I also want to Thank you for her pleasant personality. It is nice to see a smiling face. Also, the night before Jolene also assisted us on information on the property. These gals are Great.

Facility Manager Mo. is very generous and helpful. Always smiles when you come in to the front office. Grounds are kept clean and security is good for the most part.

Good facility, however I was charged $20.00 for a lock rental when I had my own lock to use and when I suggested that I upgrade to the next size to accommodate my needs I was told the larger units were already filled. I have been told the next month fee will be around $100 so i'll probably cancel my rental by then because $100 is a little high for a 10x20. Other than that I am pleased with my experience here.

I thought I would pa 1 dollar for monthly fee for special. That why I wen there. I never paid a administrative fee at any other storage facility. I was shock we it how much one of there locks cost. All IN All I WSLKED Out Paying 77.00 Instead Of 1 dollar
