the process was great and access great.

Place used a kiosk. They took the person to person contact a way so trying to communicate was hard. Only having a phone number to call. No one on site

Very disappointed, someone else things were in my unit. Plus the move in was not a described. There was no lock left in the unit per the move in instructions. Customer service service is terrible. Tried several times to speak to someone at this location. Couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get anyone on the phone to help resolve this issue, had to resort to calling Coporate office in California to try to get this matter resolved. Items were left in the storage unit for 2 days unlocked. Finally someone from the Location called to resolve the issue. Put a lock on my unit and promised to send me the key.
