Public Storage - Orange Park - 210 Park Ave

My previous storage place that I was with for 10 years raised my rent from $70 to $200 a month over the last 2 years and told me they weren't going to work with me on decreasing my rent. Public storage offered a great price for a 10x10 and we were able to move in conveniently all online. I tried to go to the office several times during business hours but no one was ever there. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars overall. Also, thank you for having dumpsters on site! Super convenient all the way around. Thanks!

The "over the phone" inquiry was clearly answered, the process to reserve a space was simple, and helpful, the agent showing us the unit was friendly, helpful and clear. The units are clean and clearly labeled. My only pause is that there is no light in the unit. We will have to take portable lighting when we go to work there and/or organize our shelves of music.

I went online yesterday and made a reservation for a storage unit for move-in today. I was then called by Tammy and Beth. I called Beth back and made arrangements to be there this morning with all of my stuff. I asked what time they opened and was told 9:30. When I arrived this morning, Shannon told me that there were no units available. She was not helpful AT ALL, said there was NEVER a unit available and that basically Tammy and Beth just called me without looking to see that a unit was not available. BUYER BEWARE.

Vickie made my experience easy and was very thorough. Fast, fun, and friendly service at its best. My storage unit is the perfect size and was clean and ready for my move-in. Could not be happier with my experience at Public Storage. Jeff Unit 144

I needed to store things from my Dad's passing. I called and spoke to Brenda who was absolutely fabulous. She helped me quickly and with ease. The facility is great and she is why I rented there. I had called some other places but she was by far the best customer service skills. It is important to have good people to help others. I will recommend this facility to everyone I know. Thanks!

Had a good experience with staff, although 4 stars I feel there is always room for improvement no matter what the service. I choose Public Storage because of the price. Left U-Haul also climate control, but a fraction of the price.

Excellent service

Tanya and Peter provided outstanding customer service in my opinion. Peter contacted me regarding a space for our RV, which does not seem to happen at other facilities until there is very little time to make a decision, and Tanya provided xcellent customer service in addressing all my concerns and answered all my questions professionally. My only concern, and Tanya eased the concern by providing a 50% first month rate reduction, is the 30% higher cost in this facility. This excessive cost, in a full lot, was offset by the great service provided. Great job by both persons
