Public Storage - Orange Park - 271 Blanding Blvd

The unit itself needs to be completely renovated as itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s in disrepair with the light not working and multiple holes in the walls.

We found them online and we reserved a unit to lock in special offer but unit was to small when seen in person and right away the manager offered us a bigger unit at the online discount price and gave us the first month special. The manager definitely helped us out in a big way with great customer service.

Great service. I'm slightly annoyed that I had to buy a specific lock when I already had my own, but other than that, so far it's been great.

Storage rooms are easy to get to and the door doesn't raise 10 feet to the Open position like my previous Storage.

My initial experience with Shannn and Ivanna worth a five star experience. They answered all possible question asked. Ivanna is very quiet but was very helpful with the process. It was really a smooth processing in getting the paper work started and leasing the storage within an hour. Its normal for these storage facilities sell you there product, then you have a choice to buy or not like wise to sell you or not. So customer service n a whole was good. The storage wasn`t the best of storage I have used thus far because there is lack of security cameras, etc. Inside the storage, the ceiling is not at best due to insulation falling off the ceiling but I choose to have it because its the best offer available and base on preference I can mange how my stuff are properly stored. One thing though, they need to do a lot of alteration with the internal partition. There need to be lights in each storage. So far so good. They really need to improve on the facility to better attract customers.

the 1 dollar thing is kind of a scam to get people there but other than that its cool i just suggest telling people about the extra fees its still cheaper than uhaul maybe just use the fact that its cheaper than uhaul to get people there not a lie because then it makes them question your business and the integrity of your business.

Very friendly service but I was disappointed in the quality of the storage units. There were cracks in the walls that were not repaired. They did offer alternatives but most of the units were in the same condition. The prices are competitive but I ended up going elsewhere for storage.

I reserve my unit while I was traveling to Florida got the call from the agent just like they said they would right on time got to the storage place and everything was done quickly and I was able my stuff put away . Thank you Shannon for all your help and making me feel welcome in Florida

Shannon provided an excellent experience when renting our unit. Informative and helpful.

My move with the help of public storage was a breeze. They are as advertised. They are very professional in explaining things and made me feel at home. Their facility is clean, well ventilated and very secure. Not to mention, their rates are very reasonable. Mandatory insurance could be lower but i'm not really complaining.
