Dave with Cubesmart Storage assisted us with the storage of our motorcoach at the Orlando, FL facility at 4554 Hoffner Ave. He was professional, yet down to earth and the overall experience was seamless. Easy to access from the main road, the price is reasonable and the spot we were assigned was more than adequate. We are very satisfied with Cubesmart Storage.

Customer Service was super extraordinary. Dalmatia Munoz was beyond amazing. I had to go to the airport. She drove me from the storage unit to the office in our golf cart. And helped me in with my luggages.

I arrived a my storage unit to begin dropping things off. First thing was the seal was already open. I spoke to a representative Dalma over the phone very nice. I asked her to please check that the unit was clean and she said she would. I don't she was able to get inside because she would have seen the unit needed to be swept. The reason she wasn't able to get inside was the latch was rusted shut it wouldn't budge. It took me about 15 minutes to open it. I almost gave up but I had a car loaded with boxes. I was made to buy a $18.00 lock that was already open so does that meant they made a copy of my key? So I'm not really thrilled with Cube Smart we'll see how long I stay.

I reserved a unit on-line and quickly received a confirmation e-mail followed by a telephone call to answer any questions I had. On arrival, Patty and Sherry were very friendly and helpful. Since we were new to the area,they provided lots of helpful tips and information including a suggestion to Uber to the Airport to save significant $'s on a taxi. The facility and our storage unit were clean and well looked after. A very pleasant experience and a very competitive price.

The hours the storage area are open makes accessing the units very easy. There are a variety of sizes and I would recommend this to anyone needing a storage unit.

I am storing an rv there in outside storage. I would have given five stars, but I noticed that most other rv parking for the same price is on paved spots. I was told that it's not a great idea to leave an rv sitting on dirt or in grass. I may keep looking for something a little closer to me and with paved spots. The employees are great and the storage units looked well-cared for, though. I would recommend this place for other people needing storage.
