The place is nice and clean,the office man helps a lot with all questions.

This was just what I needed. Easy to fill out forms online and move in.

So quick an easy to book online and move in. I booked at the office and moved in right away. It was by far the cheapest unit for the location it was in, so im grateful for that!!

Yes it is climate controlled however the units are not separated they are connected and open at the top the elevator just 1 is very small my queen sized bed just barely fit in and yes there is a cart to use to move your stuff however the hallway and doors are standard 3ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ width so the cart just fits and makes steering extremely difficult and the odors in the hall are nauseatingﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ rotten trash urine and moth balls

The price was right. I like that they offered to waive the registration fee if you pre-registered your information online ahead of time. Made for an easier move in and saved me $25.00. Would definitely recommend this storage facility!

Location is good whether you live in South Orlando or Kissimmee and price is very affordable compared to other storage facilities in the area.

Location is great, price too. Facility could use updating but looks clean. Needs more/new dollies. Great customer service.

We have had a very good experience here so far. The only trouble (and it is very minor) is that I had a bit of a hard time getting the sliding door lock/unlock mechanism to work. After a few minutes of messing with it, was able to lock up and be on my way.

I had a previous storage unit which continuously increased ny monthly rate and also ruined some of my property without caring to do anything about it. From the moment i walked into uncle bobs, the customer service was phenomenal. Everyone is always so friendly, willing to help in anh way they can, it's just a breath of fresh air when dealing with moving. The facility is always clean and i feel my belongings are safer than ever.

I would recommend uncle Bob's storage to anybody that needs storage I had a unit that I thought access was great oh and the staff was outstanding they were so awesome nice a polite. If I had to store anything again I would definitely go back. Oh and one more thing they even let me the specials they had like the one month free. Thank you to all the staff yup you we're wonderful
