Customer service person above & beyond job duty to make sure i knew how to navigate the property to get to my storage unit. Negative is there is no carts at this site to help you load

Clean, easy access and friendly staff members. I'd rent with them again.

Got the processing all done smoothly online and at the office when it was open to finish the details and the administration fee. Pretty good deal for what I needed. I like the ease to get in and out, entrance to facility, drive up and drive out, exit, overall not too many turns, for getting to my storage unit, although it's on the second floor, without elevators, but that will give me a good workout, and I keep the boxes small so it shouldn't be too bad, just time consuming. I haven't moved much so far, and I am doing it little by little with car loads of small boxes, whenever I can. So I am glad that the first month was free.

I rented a small unit for my 2 bikes while I am camping in between Airbnb locations. Worked out good

Only downside is 2nd floor doesn't have an elevator.

The customer service and manager on site were helpful friendly and relatable. This was the best experience Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever had with renting. They guaranteed me the best price for the most space and moved me in quickly and got the storage supplies I needed in a bundle.

The unit is humidity controlled vs climate controlled which allowed me to save money. The lady at the front desk was nice but seemed to not be having the best day and wouldn't let me do paperwork for the day before move in to save time and therefore a little more money. I was disappointed in that.

The customer service was great.

I was given one price on the phone and when I got there they almost doubled the price for the unit I wanted. I feel I was given the old bait in switch.

I was unsure on size but cs was very helpful.

Easy move in

I had used Uncle Bob's storage when I lived in south FL (Hollywood/Pembroke Pines area), and they were fantastic!! Outstanding customer service.. almost/kind of felt like we were all friends and family or something every time I went there.. real comfortable environment and stuff. So choosing Uncle Bob's again this time around wasn't a hard decision at all. This one's also like just the same as before I think. I don't fully remember what the people at the Hollywood one were like, but here at Casselberry, very helpful and very nice, etc.!! They also look for more ways for you to save even more..things you wouldn't think of and stuff that is. So I recommend UB to ANYONE and EVERYONE that's looking for a storage space to rent! (:
