Michael was very polite and helpful. I had an easy and quick check-in. He made sure to go over my paperwork in detail. As well as showed me my unit prior to the paperwork to make sure it was enough space for my things. I love the cleanliness and location.

I was doing my change and I had an overwhelming urge to go to the bathroom to take a piss. But there was only one bathroom and it was closed. This explains the strong smell of piss outside, many people who try to enter the bathroom cannot and end up peeing in the street and there is this strong and unbearable smell of piss at the entrance.

The storage unit is great and fits all of my items, but the thing I would like for them to have is a gate and code. I don't like how anyone or car can enter the parking lot right in front of the units.

Was looking online for deals on 24 hr access storage this one had the best deal at the time was able to make a reservation and get moved in same day. The manager, Juan I believe, was very helpful, professional, and clear about the process and what the final pricing would look like as well as making sure I was getting the best deal.
