Overall, satisfied customer. Storage area easy to utilize and really appreciated several push carts which made the move quick and easy.

My only complaint is that while my stored items have minimal value, I was required to purchase $4000 insurance, adding $14/month to the rental fee. There was no option to get other insurance OR decline the insurance.

I really like it here. However there is a big dent right by my storage. Other than that it's good.
