I've been using Public Storage on and off for years.They are my go to company when I am in between moves and when I just want to store misc items. Their prices are unmatched, the facilities are clean and staff are professional and friendly. My most recent rental was at the Oviedo location. I got a great deal on an indoor air conditioned unit. Gilbert was great at showing me my unit and making the rental process quick. Thank you!

Cathryn is the BEST! She was so kind and compassionate and patient with me and with the handling of my situation!! Very professional, she's a definate keeper! I've lived in Orlando/Altamonte all my life and used this same facility a few times over the many uears and never have had the urge to say Hey! You need to recognize that woman/employee bc shes excellent!!

Wonderful service! The only issue I had was the isles were hard to navigate with the truck. That can't be helped. I would highly recommend!

The staff is friendly. I came in when someone else was doing their reservation i told Tosha i would be back. When the customer left she called me to come back so we could start my reservation. I thought that was nice.

The Property Manager ( Catharyn) had impeccable customer service. She offered various tips to assist in meeting my storage needs. She was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. My only disappointment was not having an air conditioned unit to select from.
