Had a house fire I needed storage to save all I could until I found a place to live

They took great care of me in the office! Staff was very kind and helpful!! Move in was smooth! I only have four stars on pricing because who wouldn’t want something cheaper than it is?!?! 😊😋😆

Thanks to Yahaira at Public Storage, our move-in went quite smoothly after she took the time to show us a couple of storage options. Her sense of humor and personality made a rough moving day much nicer. Highly recommend!

I've leased storage space here several times now. The location is fantastic for the easy access from I-4. You will notice their entire facility is clean and professionally run. My review rating only falls short of five stars due to the value. In four years the price for the same unit has doubled and I don't feel it's the most cost effective option anymore for medium or long term storage. In every other sense, however, this place is one hundred percent.

Facility was clean and organized. Shay was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with regards to space and moving products. She provided several options for my needs, as well as recommending other public storage locations for storage sizes not available at this location.

Charlie was very helpful and nice.. made sure we were getting a storage not too big or not to small so we didn't have to over pay.. I am very satisfied with this place.

Had to get large storage unit quickly. David at Public Storage in Altamonte Springs FL was very courteous and professional. Unit rented was clean, dry, and ready to move in. Security appears to be adequate.

Great except for "by the way, you have to buy the insurance"

The front desk lady was extreemly helpful and very pleasant I could not have asked for a better person. The rental experience was good but unfortunately they did not have any internal storage that was air conditioned. I had to store all 21 of my computers a server and my phone system in my living room of my house (which was free and airconditioned too) I ended up just putting furniture and storage racks in my Public Storage outside storage due to heat and humidity factors. The facility was easy to get to great hours great access. I will use public storage again but a note. In your on line info please be sure to tell everyone that will rent a unit at Public Storage, There is a State Rental Tax in Florida, There is a mandatory requirement of Insurance Rental Policy, and a $22 Administration Fee.

Great option until I can rent a place with a garage

The one thing that I do not like about it is that I got to wait till the morning jus to get something out of there or put something in it's like I have to work around my storage schedule instead of it being the other way around what ever you invest your money to you should have 100% access to it not 60%
