Christina was very helpful and patient in addressing our storage needs. Many times upper management receives complaint letters when upset however, it is the habit of our company to make sure upper management is notified when an outstanding compassionate employee goes above and beyond to make their company look good. We met with her manager Rose and now we know why (more of the same). It is obvious that Public Storage training programs work well and Corporate should take note on the files of these 2 great employees. I value highly the service offered by Public storage. The employee who rented me the unit was very courteous and helpful in answering questions I had. The unit is convenient to where I live and is well maintained. The property is clean, orderly and gives the feeling of being efficiently maintained. I am delighted to have rented a unit from this Public Storage.

I spoke to Juan on the phone and set up a time to come and see him regarding a storage unit that I needed the same day. He was very professional and accommodating, even when I had to call and say I would be an hour late. He said that was fine because they had a rush and would have felt bad if I had to wait so the delay worked out for the best. He explained everything I needed to know for the unit, showed it to me and even helped when we figured out that one would not work for me. Juan got me the storage unit I needed for a great price and was friendly and personable the entire time. Juan is a great asset to your company and I will continue to use your company in the future because of the wonderful experienced.
