I had questions about the unit and the office clerk came right over and resolved the issue.

Thanks It was a great move, only problem is I was coming up about a 1-1/2' to 2' short on the stated dimensions online...

Completed all paperwork online. Checked in to pick up printed copy of documents. Heather explained everything, answered all my questions and walked out to my space for inspection and to demonstrate lock. Very nice and very helpful! She made it easy for me!

We are renting a storage unit at 51 spring vista dr. In Debary. When we first arrived. Danni greeted us with a smile and a hello The office was clean and well kept. Danni was just wonderful, polite and very helpful. She showed us our storage space. It was clean and well maintained. Danni was very informative. She made this an easy process. She was very delightful and put any questions or concerns to rest. Your very fortunate to have an employee like her working for your company.

I came to this location to check on pricing and availability I'm not ready to move quite yet, the property manager Leanettee was very helpful. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about what kind of storage I would need and the best size. The property looked very clean and also so did the unit she showed me. I wasn't prepared to rent for another 2 months but when it's time I'm definitely coming back to this location to rent only because of Leanettee's great customer service and how well she keeps the property. I'm sure to recommend this location to all of my friends and family. Public storage you have a great employee on your hands!!

Representative very cordial and informative and patient with me! Glad to see today that the Exit keypad is no longer silent....very frustrating prior to day! Not happy with oversized vehicles across from my unit....limits access and parking choices!! Unit old so not as clean or insulated as could be!

Clean and very friendly people

The ladies in the office were very personable and helpful. They showed me the unit and all the items i might need to pack the unit correctly. The only thing that was a surprise to me was that the locks were $18 a piece and i had a unit that had 5 doors. But she was nice enough to take one of them off my bill. Overall experience was good.

Just an idea; Discounts for loyal customers......Discount for referrals.......Notification of specials. The lighting around the buildings needs to be corrected. Many lights are out. I would think this would be a security issue. I was suppose to receive an email for when the sales for the units happen. Never received the email.
