The facility at Lake Underhill is very conveniently located to my residence and businesses that I frequent. Everything is clean and well secured. The best part of my experience are the individuals that are available for advice and imparting assistance of various kinds when required. My favorite person is Sheena who presents a friendly but professional demeanor. She possesses the expertise to guide me with clear directions while managing to keep me calm and happy. My only recommendation would be is to have the ability to pay via phone with a credit/debit card. I am a senior with an older car and it is not always convenient for me to make a trip to the office. But when I do arrive, Sheena is there with her wit and a smile to make me laugh. I would recommend Public Storage to anyone.
