I have rented storage units in the past and this one was the cleanest and very well maintained compared to the others. In addition, Leo and Rose are some of the nicest people you will meet. They did not mind taking the time to help us figure out what size unit would meet our needs. They did not over-sell or under-sell us. I will definitely rent here again when the need arises!

Manager is the best

Very good experience except if you ever wanted to go to the office. Every time I went there was a sign that said 'Be back at [insert time here]" and I'd be waiting for 20 minutes outside in the Florida heat for that amount of time. I once decided to wait in my car until the time arrived but was surprised to see the time changed when I went back up to the door. Thus forcing me to wait in front of the office for the extra extended period of time. Other than that the storage people were nice.

Rose was absolutely very informative and very friendly to us. Explained everything thorough. Because of her I will definitely recommend this storage to everyone I know!

Rose,Amber,Len wonderful employees. They made me fell very comfortable and welcome. I didn't know what storage was about, but by the time I left I new,a lot. Rose was exceptionally great. I would recommend anyone to store with public storage.

A nice woman named Rose helped me today and she was so ready and excited to help me. She was kind and when i asked questions over and over again she did not get annoyed and reassured me every step of the way regarding placing my items in a storage unit. She's so patient and easy to talk to! Great customer service. i can always trust public storage.

Len was the associate that assisted me in finding a unit that was a suitable size to fit my needs. He was very welcoming and polite. He really knew his stuff and very clearly explained the whole process of renting a unit along with the insurance. He made my visit very stress free and I enjoyed working with him.
